Engineering Co. is a Government Registered Micro and Export Oriented Unit having fabrication and assembly shop and one machine shop on prime location in the Industrial belt at Howrah, West Bengal, India. B.S. Engineering Co. is based in Howrah, West Bengal (India). B.S. Engineering Co. is engaged in the manufacturing and exporting of Barrel or Drum type G.I. Sheet / Metal Sheet Corrugation Machines, Aluminium Sheet Corrugation Machines, Barrel or Drum type Rib Corrugation Machines, Cut to length Sheet Cutting lines or Shearing Lines, Manual and Automatic Cut to Length Sheet Cutting Line, Galvanizing Spare Parts, Roofing Sheet Roll Forming Machines, Corrugated Sheet Curving Machines etc since 1986. We own a fabrication & assemby site of about 4,400 sq. ft. in size and 2 shops of 2200 sq. ft. area. Our production is managed on contract basis under our own supervision. Our schedule of production is prepared in accordance with the schedule of dispatch of the orders placed by our clients. Our expertise in manufacturing of sheet corrugation machines, Cut to length lines, galvanizing spare parts and roofing sheet making machines are simply unparalleled.
We have gained specialization in designing machines, using Auto CAD and that too according to the specifications provided by the customer. We are equipped with all the facilities required for various industrial operations such as Bending, Drilling, Shaping, Horizontal Boring, Milling, Turning, Grinding, Designing etc. Our objective is to manufacture incomparably high quality sheet corrugation machines, Cut to length lines, galvanizing spare parts and other machinery so that we can satisfy our customers in the optimum way possible. Furthermore, we believe in building and maintaining the long lasting relationships with our esteemed clients.
Quality Control
B. S. Engineering Co is an ISO 9001:2008 certified by BUREAU VERITUS to ensure our production quality. The quality is being maintained right from the stage of procurement of raw materials where efforts are being made to ensure procurement from reputed manufacturers only. The samples of raw material send to Government approved laboratory for analysis and Ultrasonic testing (if required) before production.
All jobs come through our production and planning department with the design for proper method, pattern making and procurement of required raw materials for all types of castings, forging, rolled and also fabrication, machining and assembly .
Before assembly, the fabricated structures are stress relieved properly to normalize the welding joint and to avoid any deformation of the Machinery structure.
The Senior supervisors under the Proprietor look after the machine shop and the fabrication shop directly.
Management Team We manage our production under our direct supervision. The production schedule is being prepared according the dispatch schedule and the production team implement the job under our direct supervision.
